3 Account Management

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. uk999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on uk999 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposit transactions are generally processed within a short time. Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited — the source of the deposit must be your own account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawal funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by uk999.

Please note: Winnings associated with a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

4.3 Transaction Verification

For any large withdrawal, uk999 may send the funds after completing an identity verification process. This is a proven method to ensure the security of the user's account and to prevent money laundering.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on uk999 can receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, resulting in a total balance of ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To be eligible to withdraw a bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer may have its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
If a bonus is claimed using multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.
uk999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
Bonuses are applicable to eligible users in Bangladesh only.

6 VIP Program & Cashback

uk999's VIP program has three tiers. Benefits increase as you advance through each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity on uk999. Benefits for each tier are automatically credited to your account.

Please note: Cashback is credited directly to your account balance and may be subject to separate wagering requirements.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on uk999. uk999 reserves the right to immediately close an account and forfeit the entire balance in the event of such violations:

Fraud, manipulation, or exploiting any technical vulnerability.
Conducting gaming activities using automated bots, software, or scripts.
Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Operating an account using funds belonging to a third party.
Money laundering or misusing the platform for any illegal financial activity.
Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
Attempting unauthorized access to uk999's systems or network.

8 Limitation of Liability
